At Birdhouse Skateboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your deck or apparel isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Condition
Ensure all skateboards, components, and apparel are in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
